im honored to be able to open for another great show and act at my favorite stage show of the year. We will be opening for hunter hayes this time around. I have been blessed to have open up for such acts as Glen Campbell, Colin Raye , Restless Heart and The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band here on this stage . Thanks to two key people , one of which just passed away. Dear Ken was the man who with the great help and kind heart of Jane Chadberg puts on these fantastic shows. Ken was listening to the show Coldcase Files one night and was awakend by my song " counting my lucky stars" written by Mike Stinson and the face of some other actor on the show who lipsang to my voice, Ken had to search awhile before he found out who the song was being sung by, when he discovered it he reached out with Jane to have me open up for Colin Raye, that was 4 years ago and I am counting my lucky stars for this beautiful place and people through God who helped make my dreams reality opening for such a wonderful 7000 plus family fans at the lake along with amazing legendary performers and amazing crew and sound and stage overlooking the lake in southern california mission viejo area. I feel so lucky and dedicate this next concert to Ken who will be hearing the song Counting my lucky stars from above the stars this august 4th night of 2012. God Bless you Ken and thank you, we miss you , we love you and we feel you there.See you again Ken. Thank you! And thank you sweet Jane for being so supportive and generous. Your an angel on earth.

Joining Bagby on the bill as a guest guitar player is Wayne “Animal” Turner, a frequent player in the Hank Williams Jr. band. Artists confirmed to appear alongside the actor and singer-songwriter are Randy Meadows, Steve and Terryann Kuykendall, Anita Campbell, Moses Rangel, Mary Sarah, Neil Austin Imber and Abby Gough. Tickets for the show are $10 online at HYPERLINK "http://www.lonestarclub.com" www.lonestarclub.com or $12 at the door. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Shirley “Shirl” Kendrick), “The Young and the Restless” (Frank Ellis) and “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” (Larry Blaisdell), is releasing his third full-length CD, DREAM IT AWAY, in late summer. Self-produced with Curt Piar, and featuring appearances by songwriter and bassist Don Cromwell (who wrote for and played bass with Air Supply), the CD follows his 2005 debut WHERE I STAND and PLAYER WITH A HEART, the 2009 album in which Bagby also partnered as producer with Curt Piar.
Promoting the best in local and regional talent, the Lone Star Club is welcoming several homegrown acts to the stage to perform alongside Bagby.
Randy Meadows, former guitarist for country star Doug Supernaw, has been on the scene since 1980 when he formed the regional touring band Tumbleweed Connection. Meadows later became the lead singer of the Straight Up Band, a popular group that performed at nightclubs, festivals, hotels and weddings. His repertoire consists of theatrical productions of "The Best Lil' Whorehouse in Texas" and "Patsy Cline: Always," and appearances with The Ronnie Renfro Big Band (18-piece orchestra) as a guest vocalist and guitarist.
In 2003, Meadows released FAMILY PORTRAIT which includes guest appearance by Willie Nelson and legendary musician Bucky Meadows. Meadows self-produced his album, YOU'VE BEEN KIND OF COLD (2010), and co-produced THE MOVING MEN, an album with other talented artist and musicians. Meadows’ 2011 new album, DEEP WHISKEY, includes new songs “Between Hell and a Honky Tonk,” ”Deep Whiskey” and “Laying Low in Mexico.”
Married performers Steve and TerryAnn Kuykendall have deep roots to the Pasadena/Deer Park area; Steve is a local chiropractor and TerryAnn recently joined Deer Park's Team Liberty Real Estate as Broker Associate and Chief Operating Officer.
Steve’s musical background includes stints in Gilley's matinee and Johnny Lee's house bands during the Urban Cowboy era as well as touring for two years as Eddie Raven's bass player. Kuykendall currently performs and emcee's Pasadena's Hometown Opry.
TerryAnn Kuykendall, originally from Galena Park, is a corporate events and special venue vocalist with a background in musical theater and studio vocals. She promotes and manages The TerryAnn String Band.
Anita Campbell, cousin of Glen Campbell, has been singing and entertaining audiences since the age of two starting professionally at the age of 10, with her Father Gene “Boo” Campbell and his band. Recording songs that were written by her talented sister, Tammy Campbell, Anita’s singles include “Partying Girl,” “Single Ray of Hope,” “Sorrow and Misery,” “Once Upon A Time,” “Crazy in Love with Him,” and “If I Could.” Earlier releases include "Fiddle Man," written by B.J. Dahl and "What's a Lonely Heart," written by her father.
Now focusing her talents on theatre, Anita is co-writing musicals with her sisters Tammy and Rita. Together they have written "Starr Of The Night" and "A Night In Bobo." They are currently in beginning stages of a new musical entitled, "Dumbfounded."
Moses Rangel, a native of Richmond, had regional and overseas success with his first single, “Seeing Another Woman,” released in1996. Soon after a follow up single, “Texas Highway,” gave Rangel his first number one hit on the Nashville Tracker Chart; the song remained on the chart 15 weeks. The success of this single brought nominations from Nashville’s Golden Music Awards. Other credits include performances on the King Feature Production syndicated show, “Live at the Liberty Theatre‚” opening slots at the Houston Livestock and Rodeo, and shows at Nashville’s Broken Spoke and Nashville Palace. Rangel is currently working on a new album scheduled for a 2011 release.
Mary Sarah, a 15-year-old from Sugar Land, is an experienced veteran in the music industry despite her young age. She has traveled to and from Nashville’s famed Music Row on many occasions, worked with top vocal coaches, including Tom McKinney, Lis Lewis, Jane Turner, and Kim Wood-Sandusky, and gained touring experience performing in a full 18-song concert made up of Top 40 kid-friendly cover songs heard on the Kidz Bop albums. Working with producer Dwight Baker, Mary Sarah recently finished a full-length album, including five songs she co-wrote.
Neil Austin Imber, a 21-year-old singer-songwriter from Friendswood, has been a part of the Houston music scene through his family’s involvement with Firehouse Saloon. It was only a matter of time before he embarked on recording a CD and, in 2008, Imber debuted with ROLL THE DICE. He is currently promoting his 2011 follow-up CD, LIVIN ON CREDIT WORKING FOR A DIME. The first single from the new album, “It's Been A Few Years,” includes a concept video filmed by HD Texas Productions and stars “Friday Night Lights” actress Chanelle Klablunde. Other radio singles will include “Full Blooded Texan” and “Breaking Down.”
Abby Gough started out by singing classics by traditional country artists such Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, and Merle Haggard. Bringing in modern hits from artists such as Miranda Lambert, Jennifer Nettles and Martina McBride, Gough has become a well rounded artist entertaining audiences at various oprys, charity benefits, community centers and clubs across Houston. Gough is a self-taught guitar player and she has been honored to grace the stages with such legendary local artists as Kelly Schoppa, Randy Meadows, Randy Corner, Buck Sloan, Donnie Presswood, and many more. With the support and help of Keith McCoy and Brian Thomas at Astra Records in Channelview, Gough is currently recording her own original songs for her first CD due in September 2011.

Industry will be comped with a buisness card of your industry title. I will have producer/friend Don Cromwell joining me on stage. Don brought me a few songs he had written that really moved me and we recently recorded a few of these and we feel really good about it.. Don Cromwell is a professional producer/songwriter/musician based in Los Angeles. Originally from the East Bay Area in Northern California, Don spent several years in the Seattle music scene before relocating to Southern California. He became a fixture at the avant-garde label Unicorn Records, writing songs for and performing on many of their diverse releases. From 1983 through 1987, Don toured as the bass player with the renowned pop group Air Supply. While with the band, he worked with top producers in the studio, co-wrote songs on the hit album "Air Supply," and appeared in numerous videos and television performances. Following Air Supply, Don played bass with rock legend Eddie Money, touring and recording with him over the next six years. Don teamed up with long-time Eddie guitarist - Tommy Girvin- to form the group Ransom, releasing an album in Europe and Japan entitled "Trouble in Paradise." The CD was well received, with two tracks charting on Germany's Melodic Rock Traxx top 100. Ransom currently has a second CD near completion. After deciding to forego life on the road, Don has gone on to write and produce for Eddie Money, Jennifer Rush, Jana Anderson (of Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac), and several top EMI Europe artists. He has recently completed production on Air Supply lead vocalist Russell Hitchcock's solo CD - "Take Time." Don still enjoys playing live whenever possible, and with his production company and studio, continues to produce and write for both up-and-coming and established artists. .
